Conditions of sale

Please note all our prices are in EURO. Shipment is always by priority mail, except for orders from the Netherlands. Costs for postage will be extra and can be given in advance. Libraries who have a VAT-number should supply this with their order. Payment can be made by advance payment into one of our accounts or by Paypal. We accept any creditcard via Paypal. Regular customers can order on account. We have a Dutch and German bank account. Sending checks for payment is expensive, but if that is the preferred way of payment, please add EURO 20.00 for check charges. Returns are always accepted if a book is not according to its description.
Postal rates:
The Netherlands: 350 Gr – 2 KG = EURO 4,95 (letterpost); 1 – 10 KG = EURO 7,95.
EU: 350 Gr – 2 KG = EURO 12,00/15,00 (except Denmark); 2 – 5 KG = EURO 19,50; 5 – 10 KG – EURO 25,00
Overseas: 350 Gr – 2 KG = EURO 22,00; 2-5 KG = EURO 35,00; 5 – 10 KG = EURO 75,00.
